Coaching
Congregations that contract for coaching receive hands-on help in assessing current conditions and developing a strategic pathway toward God's missional purposes. Coaching contracts include:
- A comprehensive assessment of your church's change readiness quotient related to pursuit of a missional culture
- Identification of member's perceived missional strengths as well as areas for focused development
- Outlined dialogue points to facilitate productive discussion among your church members regarding a missional vision
- Assistance in developing a comprehensive congregational global/local mission strategy
- One hour per month consultative coaching services via phone or email
- One congregational seminar weekend per year (may include Friday evening and/or Saturday seminar and Sunday morning message as determined after consultation with pastoral leadership)
